Meet our Pastor
Pastor Keith Porter

My name is Keith Porter, and I am honored to be the pastor of Littleton United Methodist Church.

I discerned the call to ministry in 2012. I retired from business life after 30 years in 2014, and I enrolled in Duke Divinity School that same year.  I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018.

I am a Provisional Elder on the ordination track in the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. Prior to serving Littleton, I served the Southern Alamance Cooperative Parish in Graham, NC for seven years.  I also served as a Chaplain intern at Duke University Medical Center in 2016, and as Intern Associate Pastor at Long Memorial UMC in Roxboro, NC in 2017.

I’d love to hear from you, and we’d surely be blessed to have you take part in our ministries or join us in worship.

The Lord has blessed me to be here at this time. The church family has made me feel at home and I am so grateful to be here serving the Lord.

We look forward to what God has in store for Littleton, the surrounding community and world as we celebrate the Lord’s many blessings each day.

At this time, I also serve Rosemary United Methodist Church, right down the road in Roanoke Rapids.  All people are welcome in the churches, activities, and extension ministries of either congregation, and I hope we see you soon.

Blessings,

Pastor Keith
